Healings for Stress
As science studies the effects of stress, we understand more and more how harmful it is to our overall health. From the cells in our body to our psychological health, to our finances and relationships - stress can affect us on so many levels and cause long-term issues if left unchecked.
Healing sessions can be very effective in relieving stress.
"I feel really great and positive. There are stressful things happening around me, but inside I feel more at peace. Seems like those things are affecting me less. Also feels like my breathing is deeper." ~R.L
Sometimes, due to life circumstances, the approach to healing may be more about managing stress. For example, if a person is in a stressful work environment and is unable to change their situation, then one should approach the healing session as a way to 'manage' their stress before it snowballs and affects their health and life. If the cause of the stress cannot be removed or changed then there is a chance the stress may reoccur.
That being said, sometimes with healing sessions, people experience a shift in perception. The thing that was causing them stress is no longer an issue. What changed? If the original cause of stress is still present, but they no longer respond to it the same way, then there has been a shift in their perception resulting from the psychological healing.
Clients will also learn healing tools to manage the stress so their bodies and minds can stay healthy and strong.
Another benefit of receiving healings for stress is as our chakras change - we change. Often with psychological healing, we naturally start to experience changes in our life because we are no longer the same on the inside. Our outer world mirrors our inner world. When things start to shift and change inside of us, we make changes on the outside too. This could start with feeling the need to change or clean up your space. Or it could be more dramatic like making a bigger life decision. Furthermore, you may find that one door may close, while another one opens.
Many of us store emotional energy in different parts of our body. For some, the stress may affect the gastrointestinal system or prevent a person from sleeping well. For others, it could result in teeth grinding or headaches. For another, back pain or reproductive issues. Whatever the symptom, receiving healing can help to alleviate these issues.
Clients should plan to receive a few treatments if the stress has been severe or long-standing.
