How to prepare for the Winter Solstice Group Healing

For those of you wishing to partake in the Group Healing on Winter Solstice, here are a few suggestions on how to prepare for it.

I do realize many of you have submitted names of people who need some extra blessing, healing or encouragement, but they themselves are not aware the Group Healing is going on. That’s totally fine. The healing manifests in alignment with the person and what’s best for them. These suggestions are for those of you who are looking to actively participate.

  1. The group healing will start Monday, December 21st at 9:30 am MST. If you haven’t submitted your names yet, please do so by the end of Saturday, December 19th. You can submit your names here.

  2. On Sunday, December 20th you can prepare by doing simple things to help purify your system. This will help with the healing greatly. You can exercise, try to work up a sweat. Exercise is a great way to purge negative energy, emotions, thoughts, etc. You can also have a salt bath, use two cups of table salt, dead sea salt, Himalayan salt (just no Epsom salts) and soak for 20 minutes. Slowly get up and rinse off. If you like Castor Oil, you can cover your body in Castor Oil and then rinse off after a few minutes. Castor Oil is a very powerful cleanser energetically speaking.

  3. Also, it might be a good idea to avoid alcohol and recreational drugs 24 hours before and 24 hours after the event. I won’t go into the ‘why’ right now. But please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about it.

  4. Many of us are in different time zones all over the world. So if you like, you can take a few moments on Sunday and form an intention for what you would like healed during the Group Healing. A clear intention is very powerful when it comes to Energy Healing. As we say, energy follows thought and technique is also important.

If you’re wanting to participate during the Group Healing on Monday, I would encourage you to focus on things during that time that will help you be receptive. Here’s a list of activites that can encourage receptivity:

  • meditation

  • any kind of spiritual or religious practice you may have

  • breathing techniques

  • prayer

  • reading spiritual or religious books

  • spending time being still, or quiet

  • being out in nature (for those of you not caught in a blizzard, like myself lol)

Really anything that keeps you in a quiet, relaxed state-of-mind. The things I’ve listed above, I have done so with purpose. Engaging in those activities are very complimentary to the healing work being done. Of course, if you’re not a spiritual or religious type, do what makes you comfortable, happy, and relaxed during the healing.

The group healing will be about an hour or so.

Please note: this will not be an online video conference.

Hope everyone is having a nice week so far! I’ll keep my eyes open for any last-minute name submissions.

See you on the flip side.
